Let’s consider tall in this article as being over the height of 1.88 meters (6’2”) for men and 1.73 meters (5’8”) for women. Short Women

Your best bet for a short inseam is to go with an inseam of 63.5 (25in) which can readily be found at retailers such as American Eagle, H&M, and Levi’s. Shorter pants are a common occurrence on the continent of Air but has take a bit longer to show up in North America.
